A wonderful shopping experience. 5 stars is not enough! I love knowing a store like Magnolia exists! I buy my cat food from them now that I have moved to the area. The products, the kindness, the service, the atmosphere, the special baked goods for animals. All is incredible! Remember, how service should be and used to be, this store still treats you special and helps you in any way possible. I couldn't be happier to have found them.

Where do I even begin?! Wagnolias is amazing in so many ways! They carry such quality pet foods at great prices, and their customer service is top notch! They helped me today in a pinch (chewy.com is having delays and I needed some food to last me a couple days before payday) and I’m so grateful for the lovely girl who helped today. I didn’t get her name, but she was happy to provide me with her cell number in case I ever was running late to pick up food after work (my work hours are their store hours) and to me, that just goes beyond what could ever be expected out of any store. I’m blown away by their kindness and dedication to top notch customer service. They have a clear passion for animals and each time I bring my pup into the store, they give her so many complimentary fresh baked treats (it always smells like fresh dog cookies in there!) I honestly will never go back to chewy! For as long as I live in the area, I will continue to support this amazing store.
